Integrated Facility Service has worked with Virbac, an animal pharmaceutical company, since 2017. We have worked on many project types during this time, including mechanical, which would involve process piping, HVAC, automation, design work, and heating and cooling loads. We also maintain a preventive maintenance service contract with them.

Mike, Virbac’s construction facilities manager, was asked why he liked working with IFS. 

Mike replied, “They’re good about responding, getting back to you, whether it’s an emergency or not. For example, we had an issue where I reached out to the scheduler, and they already had a response to me before the end of the day and two guys showed up this morning. That was pretty quick.”
