Integrated Facility Services (IFS) designed and installed the HVAC and plumbing for The Boulevard Senior Living of St. Charles, a new 180-unit, 195,000-square-foot independent living, assisted living and memory care facility.

IFS participated in the early stages of the design-build project, using state-of-the-art BIM technology and robotic layout to design the mechanical systems.

The lodge-style campus features 90 independent living units, 62 assisted living units and 28 memory care units. The facility also includes community common areas, offices, a commercial kitchen, beauty shop, exercise and social rooms.
