IFS completed the $724,000 HVAC upgrade at Chesterfield City Hall as Prime Contractor, managing all construction work and activities to fulfill the scope directed by the City of Chesterfield. We replaced the existing 14-year-old heating, air conditioning and ventilation equipment with a new system, which features five rooftop units, one ground mounted condensing unit, three boilers located in the lower level of the building, and controls.
